Services Available
Hourly Caregiver/Companion - (4 hour minimum)
Employee will do light housework, laundry, meal preparation, escorts, bathing, dressing, activities, and remind clients to take medicine.
Sleepover
Caregiver should have an area to rest for 8 during the night, but will be available as needed throughout the night. If client needs assistance more than 3 times during the 8-hour rest period, the shift changes to an hourly rate.
Wake-Up/ Tuck In/ Bath - (Two hour service)
This includes escorts. Caregiver will assist with morning and/or evening rituals, such as getting the client out of bed, giving him a bed-bath or shower, grooming, dental hygiene, and dressing. Additional hours may be purchased at the Hourly Rate.
RN Medication Management
RN will monitor all medication changes, pick up prescriptions from pharmacy, and pre-fill weekly medication reminders for the week.
Nursing Visit - (Up to 1 hour of care)
Nurse will provide: Wound care, Insulin injections/blood sugar monitoring, tube feedings, blood work drawn for labs, training and education of disease processes, and other services as ordered by clients and physicians.
Nursing/hourly
Continuous Nursing Service - Licensed nurses per hour.
Escorts - (4 hour minimum)
Caregiver will transport client to desired destination. Additional mileage charge if caregivers use their own vehicle.
Geriatric Pharmaceutical Consult
Pharmacist specializing in geriatric medications will review all of patient medications, checking for dose accuracy, side effects, medication conflicts, etc. Will make recommendations and suggestions to patient's physician based on a comprehensive evaluation.
